MISSION
We believe nothing’s better than the chance to eat processed pink meat! We must keep nitrate salts in processed ham, so no one EVER lives a sad, gray, boring life. It might be a little harmful, and potentially cancerous, but it is sooo worth it for that pretty pink color on your plate. Why care about what could happen if it looks pretty? Even the pigs love it!
